Kpomo Ijebu

Faythilicious cowskin(kpomo) is basically roasted one. It has a longer shelf period and to avoid contamination.
Preparation:
Soak in cold water for about 12-24-48hours.(change the water like twice within the 24hrs).
Or, you can soak over night with hot water and a pinch of salt. it would have expanded in the morning, soft and Crunchy to use.
